- Buying, selling of, and repo deals with foreign securities and intermediation for conclusion of such deals, corporate and municipal bonds and compensatory instruments;
- Underwriting of security issues on foreign markets;
- Management of individual securities portfolios;
- Safekeeping of customer foreign securities at a depository institution (custodial services);
- Preparation of prospectuses for public offering of securities;
- Representation of the holders of foreign securities before the issuer and at the General Shareholders’ Meetings;
- Borrowing of foreign securities;
- Information services in relation to the abovementioned activities.
