03.10.2025Fast and Easy Payments with Instant Euro Transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.) from Municipal Bank
Dear Clients,
We inform you that as of October 6, 2025, Municipal Bank AD will provide you with the opportunity to make instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.), in accordance with the SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) scheme of the European Payments Council. Instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.) are only possible to accounts of recipients with payment service providers located within the EEA that offer this service and are available to receive such payments at the time the transfer is executed by the Bank. These transfers are not applicable for transfers to/from budget accounts, direct debits, standing orders, utility bill payments, or bundled payments.
Benefits for you:

- Availability 24/7 – anytime, any day
- Convenience – directly via our mobile app MB-mobile and online banking, as well as at any branch/business center of the Bank
- Fees – the fee is the same as for a standard euro transfer via SEPA*
- Limit setting – at account or client level for executing instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.)
The service is available to both individuals and legal entities. Payments that meet the criteria for instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.) are executed upon selection of the service by the client.
You can make instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.) up to EUR 15,000 through our mobile app MB-mobile, and without limit via online banking or at a branch/business center of the Bank. If a transfer cannot be processed instantly, you will be notified via an informational message in the respective system or by a bank employee.
As part of the new service, you can set a maximum amount limit for instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.). The limit can be daily (24 hours) or per transaction. Limits can be set at client or account level and can be changed before submitting the payment order for an instant credit transfer. You can submit a request to set a limit at any branch/business center or directly via our mobile app MB-mobile and online banking.

*Execution of instant euro transfers via BLINK (SEPA INST.) is in accordance with the current Tariff of interest rates, fees, and commissions of Municipal Bank AD for individuals, Appendix No. 2 to the Tariff for interest rates, fees, and commissions for individuals and corporate clients, and the General Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank AD for payment accounts and payment services for individuals and corporate clients, available on the bank’s website.
