Municipal Bank AD is a licensed investment intermediary, member of the Central Depository AD and Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD - Sofia, allowing it to participate on the Bulgarian stock market.
Municipal Bank AD offers its corporate customers a wide spectrum of services on the Bulgarian capital market:
- Buying, selling and borrowing of shares, corporate and municipal bonds and compensatory instruments;
- Underwriting bond issues;
- Management of individual share and/or money portfolios, with the exception of investment companies and pension funds' portfolios;
- Safekeeping of customer securities at a depository institution (custodial services);
- Producing prospectuses for public offering of securities;
- Information services in relation to the abovementioned activities.
