All you need to do is register for using the Electronic Payment of Utility Bills Service.
How to register and what is Electronic Payment of Utility Bills?
- In order to use the service you need to make a one time registration of the debit card issued to you by Municipal Bank AD for making periodic payments of electricity, central heating, water, telephone and other bills.
- Registration of the card may be done at an office of the Bank, where you will be asked to specify the subscriber numbers and the respective merchants to which automatic payments will be made.
- Payments shall be made each month upon sufficient balance being available at your current account without the need of intervention on your part.
- You may set an upper limit (maximum amount) above which no payment shall be made.
- You will get SMS or e-mail notification about each successful or attempted payment.
Note: Before registering for using the Electronic Payment of Utility Bills Service you need to have settled all your outstanding liabilities to the respective merchant.
You may pay both your own bills and the bills of your relatives, close ones and other persons designated by you.

Fees
- Successful payment fee – the transaction fee you pay when you use the debit card issued to you by Municipal Bank AD.
- SMS notification fee – BGN 0.10 incl. VAT.
