EUR 26.5 Million Syndicated Term Loan Facility Agreement with a tenor of two years signed Municipal Bank AD with RZB Austria, as arranger and agent in a consortium of eight banks on 28 November 2007. This is the third uncollateralized general purpose loan, executed at high interest, evidencing the Bank’s serious relations with the leading banks on the international credit market. In conditions of a global liquidity crisis encompassing the USA and Europe, the conclusion of the loan at very beneficial terms proves the trust to Municipal Bank AD on the basis of the financial results achieved and its good credit rating, along with the building of a stable reputation as a reliable partner.
