30.03.2007New General Terms and Conditions under Bank Account Contracts as of 02.04.2007

New General Terms and Conditions under bank account contracts have been approved by the Management Board of Municipal Bank AD as follows:

  • For corporate customers – General Terms and Conditions under Current Account to Corporate Customers Contract (also applicable to the subscription account, special account, liquidation account, budget spending entity account, and other specialized account contracts) and General Terms and Conditions for Term Deposit to Corporate Customers Contract;
  • For retail customers – General Terms and Conditions under Current Account to Retail Customers Contract (also applicable to current account to private bailiffs, attorneys-at-law, and insurance agents contracts). The new General Terms and Conditions shall come in force as of 02.04.2007. The new General Terms and Conditions will be available to our customers in all financial centres of Municipal Bank AD.
