27.06.2016Notification for a change in the "Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank AD under a contract for issuance and use of an international credit card MasterCard"

Municipal Bank AD notifies its customers who signed “Contract for issuance and use of an international credit card MasterCard“ before 27th of June 2016 that with a decision of the Management Board the Bank will enter into force the new “Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank AD under a contract for issuance and use of an international credit card MasterCard“ starting from 29th of August 2016. The present customers of the bank who use international credit card MasterCard have the right to object the change in writing before 29th of August 2016 and to terminate the contract for issuance and use of  international credit card MasterCard without any penalty and/or indemnity connected with the termination. The Bank will consider that the changes in the Terms and Conditions are accepted in case there is no objection in the fixed term and the following conditions are active for them.
