30.03.2016Changes in Terms and Conditions for individuals

     Dear Customers,

     Please be advised that following a decision of the Management Board of Municipal Bank there will be changes in the Tariff of Terms, Interests, Fees and Commissions applied by Municipal Bank for its operations concerning individuals as of 01 June 2016.

     The changes are with regard to I, II, III, and VI part of the Tariff and are connected mostly with the fees and commissions for service and termination of current account, concerning depositing of cash in available banknotes (including issued to the account electronic debit cards and credit cards) from the account holder and from individual who is not an account holder of the account also in withdraw of money available and interbank outflows loan transfers made from the payment account.

     In case you do not explicitly inform Municipal Bank, in its capacity of a payment services provider, that you do not accept these changes before the date they come into force, the Bank will consider that you have accepted the changes in the Tariff.

     If you disagree with the upcoming changes in the Tariff, you can notify the Bank that you do not accept them before the date on which the changes come in force, and immediately terminate the framework contract signed with the Bank for a current account. Notification can be done in all financial centers of Municipal Bank.
