28.09.2015Municipal Bank Gives Scholarship to the Students

Municipal Bank is giving five scholarships to excellent students from the Academy of Economics "Dimitar Tzenov" in Svishtov. Sasho Tchakalski, the Chairman of the Management Board and Executive Director of Municipal Bank, announced the news at the ceremony of the opening of the academy year on 28 of September 2015 when was also welcomed the 80th anniversary alumni of the Institution. The event at the Academy of Economics was also attended by prof. DNP Todor Tanev, Minister of Education and Science, Plamen Alexandrov – Interim Mayor of Svishtov and many politicians, public figures, teachers and students.

The amount of the scholarships on the behalf of Municipal Bank is 1,000 Levs each and provided for the academic year 2015/2016. The scholarships are opened for students with specialization in "Finance" and "Accounting" at SA "D.ATsenov" who have best grades for the education and participation in students’ science conferences in connection with banking, science and research appearances.
