Municipal Bank was awarded the International Gold Star for Quality in the ceremony for the awards BID Quality Star Awards - Paris 2014.
The award was presented to Municipal Bank for its good performance in the field of customer service, for good management and development and implementation of innovations and technologies. The Prestigious international Quality Star Awards have been presented by Imar Press for 20 years. Delegates from 74 countries we present at the ceremony for announcing the winners.
"This award is important to us because it is awarded by an extremely competent committee of a prestigious forum. It measures the level of services provided by the Municipal Bank and our attitude to customers with a very good assessment, motivating us to continue to develop, modernize and improve our customer service," Mr. Sasho Tchakalski, Chairman the Board of the MB of Municipal Bank said at the award ceremony.
