Sasho Tchakalski, Chairman of the Management Board of Municipal Bank, took part in the scientific and applied conference “The Human Capital – Methodology, Dimensions, Practices” hosted by New Bulgarian University on 4 June in Sofia. Representatives of the academia, business, state administration, industry organizations, could summarize contemporary human resources management practices. Special attention was devoted to training through formal and informal programmes for professional development of employees of all organizational levels, and to the theoretical and applied concepts of human capital in organizations.
