16.12.2013MasterCard International Credit Card Terms and Conditions Amended

New General Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank under the Contract for Issuing and Using MasterCard International Credit Card shall enter in force as of 16.02.2014 following a resolution of the Management Board to that effect.
Current customers of the bank, using MasterCard international credit cards are entitled before 16.02.2014 to state in writing in the office of Municipal Bank their disagreement with the respective amendment and to terminate the Contract for Issuing and Using MasterCard International Credit Card, without owing any expenses and/or compensation in connection with the termination. In case of failure to do so within the said period, these customers shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments to the General Terms and Conditions and the latter shall have effect with regard to them.
