23.07.2013MasterCard International Credit Card Terms and Conditions Amended

Municipal Bank informs its customers who have concluded a Contract for Issuing and Using MasterCard International Credit Card before 25.07.2013 that new General Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank under the Contract for Issuing and Using MasterCard International Credit Card shall enter in force as of 25.09.2013 following a resolution of the Management Board. Our existing customers using MasterCard Credit Card may state in writing their disagreement with the respective amendment not later than 25.09.2013 and terminate the Contract for Issuing and Using MasterCard International Credit Card without owing expenses or compensation for the termination. In case they have not made such a statement within the deadline above, they will be considered to have agreed with the amendments in the General Terms and Conditions and the latter shall have an effect upon them.
