10.12.2020The United kingdom leaves EU and ЕЕА (Brexit)

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that on 31st December 2020, with the expiriation of the transition period agreed between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) and the European Union, the United Kingdom leaves the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Effective from 1st January 2021 the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2015/847 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on information accompanying transfers of funds shall be applicable to transfers to/from the United Kingdom. The transfers from/to the United Kingdom, regardless of the currency, will be treated as transfers to third countries outside the EU and additional information and documents will be required.

Please also notice that the forthcoming changes will affect the processing of payments to/from the United Kingdom and the applicable fees and commissions collected for their execution.
